
Welcome back everyone and Happy (almost) Valentines Day! Time is flying by and I can’t believe it’s already February- we’re well into 2020! This blog post is special because I’ll be sharing acts of kindness, that you can do not just February but all year long; all in honor of this lovey dovey holiday!





As I’ve said previously, I started my running journey over 30 years ago running back and forth in my mother’s back yard for 10 minutes. Fun right? No! It’s much more fun to grab a buddy or two (or more) and exercise together!
